The Porsche Design P’3140 Shake Pen is the latest innovative pen created by Porsche Design. The barrel is made of fine white resin and features gleaming, chrome-plated metal parts.
The pen has been designed to deploy and retract the writing tip at the flick of the wrist requiring a very specific movement so as not to deploy or retract when not needed. This pen is priced at 90 euros.

F1 designer Dominik Scheurer created the world’s first carbon fibre chessboard, the same lightweight materials used to construct F1 cars. The chessboard is the first innovation from Scheurer’s new project entitled “Carbon Luxury”.

The board features 100% carbon fiber with epoxy resin, cured under high pressure much like of an F1 car component, and gilded in 24 carat gold and silver for the finishing touch.

This Travel Alarm features the same folding system as the famed Swiss Army Knife, complete with spring system and the ubiquitous “click” sound. Its springs are made of the same stainless steel as the Swiss Army Knife and its case is set in identical red side-panels made of sturdy MABS plastic composite, a specialized material with properties of excellent transparency, high impact strength and good chemical resistance.

The barrel is made of bordeaux red enamel with sterling silver body featuring the staff of Aesculapius. The pen retains the unusual flattened shape of the original and is only available as a fountain pen in a limited edition of fifty eight.
