The Motivatrix MX10 Workout Master personalizes and monitors users' workouts. Users can choose from aerobics, cardio or max-challenge workouts, select music and set fitness goals. Optical scanners trace users' movements hundreds of times per second, and a three-dimensional infrared sensor virtually identifies them. The motion-sensing technology reports users' speed, heart rate, training zone, calories, weight and work output, and evaluates their performance. Its body is constructed of steel and titanium and for a price of $12,500.
